Contest “Young Leader”

The contest includes 3 qualifying rounds: appraisal of the contestant by the chief, testing, business and role playing followed by the final. For each round a special score system is used permitting to give a highly objective appraisal of contestants.

The second round – testing – permits to reveal theoretic knowledge of contestants including questions relating to labor protection, labor legislation, the basics of quality management and certification system, labor management and wages, lean production. This round permits to evaluate the level of participant theoretical background and reveal weak points in their knowledge for timely correction of corporative curriculum.

Before the contest final each of the participants scores a definite number of points.

Most finalists of the contest “Young leader” have good career achievements.
