Diesel engines

Д49 PJSC «Kolomensky Zavod” is a designer and a leading producer of modern 4-stroke medium-speed turbocharged intercooled engines of type Д49 (ЧН26/26). Diesel engines ЧН26/26 have 8, 12 or 16 cylinders in V-version.Depending on the engine speed (750 ... 1100 rpm), the number of cylinders and brake mean effective pressure the engines are rated from 588 to 4412 kW.

Д42 Diesel engines of Д42 type30/38 with cylinder bore to piston stroke ratio 30:38 are 4-stroke medium-speed turbocharged intercooled engines arranged in-line. The design of these engines was especially developed for marine propulsion plants and satisfies the requirements for this type of engines. Marine engines ЧН30/38 with 4, 6, 8 cylinders arranged in-line (engine speed 360-750 rpm) can be used as main and auxiliary engines to drive propeller, gear-box (built-in gear0box included), reverse gear-box, a.c. and d.c. generator.
